Was wondering if anyone could save me the time looking at all the KZ1000's in the picture page's
It is the white on white frame with the green 1978 style stripe.
I was wondering if there is a photo gallery of more pictures?
I would like to take a look at it.
Thanks in advance.

That bike scares the heck out of me! That brake pedal can touch the road on fast right hand turns and when it does it could apply the rear brake (a VERY bad thing) or prevent the rider from using the rear brake. When I put a 500 twin engine on my 350 single BSA frame I had a very similar setup in order for the brake pedal to reach around the wider engine (left side of course, the Brits had the controls on opposite sides). I had that bad boy touch the ground in a fast left turn once, and I can assure you it is not one of those things I would like to experience again! Ed

No Ed-If that brake pedal would touch the road it would get pushed up. the brake pedal needs to be pushed down for it to apply the rear brake. If it was over far enough for the pedal to hit he has a whole lot more to worry about than that brake pedal.

Yeah, it probably would be pushed up if it hits on a nice smooth road, but if it hits something immovable (manhole cover. etc) all bets are off as it would try to drag the pedal toward the rear of the bike which would very likely jam on the brake. If any case, I would not want to bet my life on it. Been there. Ed

Does your bike have that huge loop of a brake pedal like the white bike? To me, that really looks larger and loops lower than is necessary to clear the pipe. When he steps on the brake that loop must come pretty close to the ground. Where I live it would probably hit the speed bumps when using the rear brake because the front and rear tires would span the speed bumps leaving the bump sicking up under the center of the bike. Ed
