What chain and sprockets are you using?

My new bike needs a new chain and sprockets so I was wondering what you guys are using?
I'm thinking about swapping the stock sizes out with a smaller front / bigger rear since I don't really need the higher gearing around here (50-80km/h). But how low can I go and what kind of chain? 530?

New Chain
New rear sprocket
New output shaft sprocket
The output shaft nut can be a real bitch to get off. Don't go hammering and getting all backyard redneck on it. If you ever have a problem with the bike, step back, get on forum and ask how to get it done. We are happy to help you.
An EK chain - X or O ring is a good one.

Always use the largest countershaft sprocket you can.
The chain will last longer.
Change gear ratio with the rear sprocket.

+1 Easier if you have an assistant. On mine, the torque spec on the shaft nut is about 100 ft-lbs so you need a good breaker bar.gearheadmm wrote: The easiest way to get a countershaft nut off is to do it while the bike is still together and put a breakerbar on the nut, sit on the bike, and hold the rear brake while loosening the nut.

Z1 had the best prices on good X ring chains when I got mine. It's lasted about 6 years so far. They also have the sprockets.
