I've ordered lines from him many times. Just placed an order yesterday for two bikes. You just measure your lines, look at the fittings and contact him. Make sure and let him know the make, model and year of your bike.
If you have lower handlebars then you might want a shorter brake line.

Prices are about $24 per line. So if you have two lines for a front disc brake you're looking at about $50 plus another $10 or so for shipping.
