Rear air shocks was created by hotdogg
Hello everyone. I have a 1982 kz750 spectre with air shocks all around. I have never tried to rebuild rear air shocks and mine need it one of them is leaking oil. So my question is where can I find seals for them and does anyone have a diagram or a vid of how to do this. Any help would be awesome. Thanks. And sorry I put this in the engine forum. My bad

kz.bike-night.com/manual.html
should be the right Manuel (download full Manuel 44 mb)
or if you want an actual text version www.z1enterprises.com/ItemDetails.aspx?i...980-1985&item=LAM450
I have the same bike and my shocks went out this last fall. Fortunately for me my dad has an '01 voyagerthat he just put progressive coil overs on and I am raiding his old pair so I haven't dug into my shocks. If I find time tomorrow I will look in my Manuel and see if it says anything about it. As for where to get a rebuild kit i would start with your local dealer

One thing to be careful about with air shocks -- if on side-stand, loss of air can cause the shock(s) to collapse and allow the bike to fall over on its starboard side. :pinch:
