Spacer size was created by Lazyman06
I seem to be missing an axle spacer on the rear, but I may be able to make one. All I'm needing from you wonderful people, is the dimensions of said spacer. Don't have a picture but it's part# 42032-071 and its part index #4 on the Kawasaki micro fiche.

Or if anybody has a suggestion for a replacement that would be wonderful.

I found them on eBay but it was $50. Not sure about the one in the link. I'll have to check it out when I get to work tomorrow

Just don't buy from that guy with the silver dollar in all his adds. He thinks his stuff is gold, lies and takes advantage every time he gets a chance. Hoping someone will need the part so he can GANK them.

Sir,

If you can provide detailed dimensions I'd be happy to machine it for you, just cover shipping and material.

went out to the shop.... that spacer is 15mm thick 40mm OD with 20mm thru for the axle. doesn't get any easier than that. Probably low carbon steel like 1018 then you can plate it if you want it to look factory or use SS then you don't have to worry about it but material is more.

Christ! I can't believe those jokers on ebay wanting $48 for a simple spacer, 15-30 minute job to make one depending on stock size.

Mk.2, it should just be the stock spacer size. I'm keeping the stock wheel, swingarm, tire, all that good stuff. About how much do you think it'd be. Zip is 72401 for shipping purposes

I would use low carbon steel like OEM but will be much better quality than they used, this will be cheapest. I would think material cost no more than $10

Not sure but flat rate shipping should be $5.00 anywhere, you may want to confirm this, I'm in Phx 85083

If you want stainless or titanium the material cost will jump accordingly.
