yes usable range is 7-14. recommended 10. Max PSI is 36, i don't think i ever exceeded that.TexasKZ wrote: As I recall, mine was supposed to be 7 or 8 psi max. Be very careful about overfilling them.

For topping up the air,use a bicycle pump.You need so little pressure that a compressor can blow your seals out before you know it .Some bicycle pumps even have a pressure gauge built in,though the accuracy is debatable.
The crossover pipe thing is a good idea .Honda do that.My CBX750 has it as standard.
