Oh how Ill laugh if theres not!!!!!!
You could probably figure it out pretty close with a measuring tape and pencil and paper. (If the 900 is still complete )At least to get a rough idea. Or like me,you could strip the bike first before you decide on a conversion, that way you cant measure anything and can spend countless time, energy and money on the build whilst all the time, not knowing if its going to work or if the whole thing is going to scrape along the ground. At least you wont have to worry about a centerstand.
Good luck

Thanks for the reply I was having a look at your build thread and you mentioned the zx9r forks measured 77cm the r6 forks measure 76 top of fork to centre of axle unloaded where did you take the measurements from. I'm a little concerned about exhaust clearance
Cheers for the response

I went from that to a 17inch wheel on a set of shorter, sportier forks. It was a concern for quite a while then I just fogot about it and got on with the build.Im not going to know for sure until the engine is in and the exhaust is on, Hopefully that will be happening in a couple of weeks.
Your bike ,I imagine is more of a roadster to begin with and like I said before, you should make some drawings with good measurements to get an Idea. An important one (one which I forgot to get) was from the top of the triple tree bolt straight plum down to the ground twixt the engine and the front wheel. If your new setup brings you close to that measurement, then you should be good, regardless of what wheel or fork setup you have.
Ill measure up what I have and get back to you.

So 75mm difference in just the forks.
Then theres the front wheel. From 19inch down to 17inch. (Not sure what the aspect ratios on the tyres are) ,thats another 25 mm.
So a total front end drop of 10cm +- for me!
The back end also moves up slightly.Going from a 16 inch wheel up to a 17 inch. But the orginal tyre was quite tall (a bigger aspect ratio or a smaller one? Im not sure which way round it goes) so I dont think theres going to be a huge difference there.
Then theres the lowest point of the bike, which,I think would be the bottom of the exhaust downpipes. They sit a bit further back from the front end of course so they wont drop the full 10cm. How far will they drop??????????????? Thats the question!!!!!!!!
Dont know if this helps you at all but its good to go through it.
