Vance and Hines Header w/ comp baffle and Ape pods, Dyna S and green coils, copper wires.
29MM smooth bores W/ 17.5 pilots, 0-6s and 117.5 main
16/42 gearing X ring chain and alum rear JT sprocket.

I lost mine long ago. This guy wants $50 and no one will buy it. I've been planning on making one myself but haven't gotten around to it.
When I change my tire, I get up to speed, put on my cruse control, take my hands off the bars. If it pulls, I'll readjust it.

Did you replace both sprockets when you installed a new chain? Putting a new chain on used sprockets will kill the chain early; putting an old chain on new sprockets will kill the sprockets early. This is because the chain and sprockets wear together so mixing old with new means the pitch between the sprockets and chain differs, and this will prematurely wear the new component.
Also, be sure to leave 1" up&down slack at the chain's tightest section when adjusting the chain. This is because as the swingarm & axle approach a straight line extended from the center of the engine sprocket and center of the swingarm pivot the chain gets tighter. Ed

EK 530 ZVX 10560 tensile strength gold or chrome

+1 on proper tension and new sprockets with the new chain. You will get a better chain for the money going to 530.
I use PJ1 chain lube. I would advise looking at Manufacturer recommendations. For cleaning and lube. The last one I purchased was X-ring and it had not stretched maybe 1 notch in 5K miles. Cleaned it and lubed it every 300-500 miles. I prefer to ride the bike for about 10-15 minutes to warm up the chain then clean it and lube it.
Oh and if you go O/X-ring make sure you scrub the chain with something like this, You can buy cheap ones at Walmart for under $10.

I learned this the hard way; a cheap O-ring chain snapped after about two months at 70mph on the highway about a year ago.
Friday, I did the 630 to 530 chain conversion on my 750. I went with JT sprockets 16/38 and a JT X1R xring chain. I have put about
250miles on it so far. So far it feels much better then the DID standard 630 I had on it last season.
Whip it like a mule!

Yes. I have the same one. Works fine. You'll definitely want to use a dremel to grind the head off of any rivets you want to break first though.
