You probably already did this, but make sure you do the no-hands-test on a level surface... not necessarily flat, but not slanted. On a road with a crown, I go down the center of the crown. If there is a lot of crown, and you are not on the crown, the bike tends to pull toward the crown, if I recall (but it might be opposite). But on the crown it should go straight.

This is not a full alignment, but I center-punch a dimple in the center of the axle end, and axle head, and same with the swingarm. Then I makeshift a gauge with two sharp points... a plank with a sharpened coat hanger vise-gripped at each end will work. Adjust the coat hangers so they each fit into the dimple on the axle and swingarm on one side, then adjust the swingarm so they are the same on both sides. With this I found the casting marks on the swingarm were pretty accurate, but the smallest mark was hard to see, so it was easy to be off by one whole mark.

If you break enough bulbs 1000?, you might get enough Hg to make a carb sync.
