1981 KZ750H Fork Oil Capacity was created by dpehrson
Cheers,
I completely disassembled, cleaned, replaced the seals and reassembled the front forks of my '81 KZ750H. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate someone locally with a shop manual or the experience in refilling the forks with oil. Will someone please lend a hand in providing me with the proper process and capacity of refilling the forks with oil.
Thank you kindly,
Dave
PS... I also own a 1978 KZ1000-D1 Z1R and a 2000 KZ1000-P19 Police which I need the same info on for winter projects... if anybody has front fork capacities for these bikes, I would be equally thankful. Dave.

Here's a site w a pdf manual & wiring diagrams.
mbsween. bike-night. KZ750L3 page
Scroll down & click "The Bible" link. .................. search tags mbsween KZ750L3.
Note: some of the wiring diagrams are mislabeled in the links: the 1981 Ltd is an H2, the 82 is an H3, & the 83 is an H4.

I would go ahead & get a factory manual off of eebbaayy or something. The pdf is poorly scanned ---- the bottom is lopped off of some of the pages, so some info is missing. Kawasaki manuals have a model application chart on the back cover, so make sure your 81 750-H2 is on the list. There are several pretty cheap on eebbaayy right now. $25-30T (yellow cover).
