No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI've had my eye on this one for a long time. Supposed to bolt right up. I suggested it to another member. Good thing I'm making my own.

Why extend the swing arm? Do you want the bike to handle poorly? If so, maybe you can adapt a version of the extended swingarm shown below. ;) Ed

Better high speed stability and keeping the tight turning radius. There IS a limit to everything.
Also was watching these.

Still am. I'f mine were made of steel, it would be on the bike now. Just waiting on Jeff when he has the time.

If you think 1 1/2" will not affect the handling you are wrong.
I ran mine at 1 1/2" over and could tell a diff.
I'm now 8" over and it handle's like shit anywhere but the drag strip.

I guess I'll find out. It's supposed to do away with the tank slappers. Not much more than that.

If you're having tank slappers there' something wrong with the bike. Could be tires (that happened to me), swing arm bushings/bearings; steering stem bearings; shocks; forks; etc. Ed

That being the case, would a steering damper help? Ed

That's what frame gusseting and reinforced swing arms are for. I've always wanted a dampener too.

After break in I really went out and pushed it and got a fairly scary wobble out of it ...... rear tire was worn a little on the flat side and after replacing it it went back to being fine...... when I had plans for a all out street 810 motor I planned on a 4 inch over (and damper) knowing it would handle like a truck but was more interested in a straight line. Might just think about a damper and call it a day now.
