Correct . A rotted out bottom rail is common on these eventually causing failure of the side stand mount with obvious results.martin_csr wrote: It seems like if the cable is installed or the little cap is missing, it might allow water to get inside the frame.

So it may not be stolen but it then will collapse in rust.
