Hey guys wondered if anyone had the dimensions for the later style 82 KZ440/KZ1000 (and possibly others) caliper mounting holes (center-to-center)
I have the earlier style which is different. Round pads vs rectangular.
I wanna see if I can swap up to the '82. Pics attached and also here are the two rebuild kits which cross reference some models:
80s and up: www.amazon.com/Supply-Brake-Caliper-Rebu...1-1&keywords=32-1286
80s and down: www.amazon.com/Supply-Brake-Caliper-Rebu...1-1&keywords=32-1289

No they are not a direct swap. You will need to get the correct forks or at least lowers from the later forks. I do not have the spacing just now but I mght later. I'm doing the same thing with my project. '76 KZ650 w/ upgrades.
