It may be easier to source replacement parts for whats broken on your bike than to retrofit mine onto yours. My rear brake was stuck when I got the bike so it will need to be rebuilt and the tires are unusably old. So that will be money spent right off the bat. But the forks are not pitted which is the most important part.
There is a motorcycle salvage yard west of you called Sport Wheels. www.sportwheel.com/
You will most likely find everything you need to repair your rear brakes back to stock. They aren't as cheap as ebay can be, but its nice to see your parts first before you buy them and you don't wait for shipping.
But if someone can chime in and confirm fitment of the k750e parts or you can't find the parts to fix yours, my parts will be sitting in the basement waiting for you.

Looks like the pedal fell off then the brake rod pulled it into the wheel braking the hub. Bad shoes would nor rip your bike apart like that.

That may be what happened. I don't believe a stuck brake would break the arm off the brake drum. PLUS, look at the damage in the image below. No way a locked up brake would do this. Ed
