Michelin Gazelle tires? was created by Nerdy
Have any of you ever used Michelin Gazelle tires?
They seem to be oddly inexpensive for an item from a good manufacturer - currently about $47 on Amazon. If anyone has had any experience with them I'd like to hear your opinions. TIA!
(They're only P-rated but I'm okay with that.)

Moped/scooter tires. What bike would this go on? The sizes are very limited and most aren't appropriate for a motorcycle. BTW, Motorcyclesuperstore.com is cheaper.

There are mopeds and scooters that take 3.00x18 tires?
Michelin M62 Gazelle Motorcycle Tire Cruiser Front/Rear 3.00-18
A lot of the Amazon reviews are for smaller bikes, e.g. Honda Rebels. CB350, CM200, etc. I have a KZ400 which is in the same ballpark.
I don't actually need tires right now (just looking around) but Dennis Kirk has the Gazelle in that size for ~$32. A price that low for a Michelin tire must have some kind of catch. Saw the tire on the DK site and looked at Amazon for reviews. (The search function on the Michelin website is a charlie foxtrot, so that was no help.)

It's a scooter and moped tire. Here's some info that should help. Ed

Thanks, guys! I was going by the Amazon and Dennis Kirk listings that identified the Gazelles as motorcycle tires, but that video was pretty definitive.
PS I also learned that there is a thing called an "urban scooter" that takes 3.00x18 tires.
