My '81 550A2 I bought last year and am finishing up putting her back on the road. Shock height doesn't seem right. Manual says 13" and mine are 14". The only ones I find on Ebay unless buying Chinese, are some '83 shocks for a 650. Any reason why these won't work. Looking to lower it a bit for my vertically challenged self but also putting it in a Cafe type set-up. Any suggestions?
