I wasnt joking earlier when I asked if they are on the right way around. I would check that (with the directional arrows) to be sure.

Put the bike on the center stand , fire her up and put it in gear with a slow idle,
watch the back tire spin, look for a wobble and hold a stick close to the center line/ high point of the rubber to check for height differences as it comes around.

From the looks of your front tire pics the lines look good next to the rim, make sure the rest of the tire looks like that.

If the tire was installed with the directional arrow backward I'd be concerned it would come apart at high speeds.

This was very helpful. Thanks again. Just want to reiterate, the tires were checked today and all is well.

Just throwing this out there, but i've heard vibrating front ends caused by swing arm bearings starting to go bad...Pete

Bearings all the way round have been changed. It was the wind that day. I have been on the bike since and its fine.

That sounds reasonable. In 50k miles of tire changing I've never experienced the excessive headlight/panel thing yet. Glad to hear that it is up and running.
