Hey all. I have a 100/90-19 tire coming in for my kz550. Wheel size is 19x1.85

The tire shop had a used *same heidenau scout k60) 120/70-19 that they said would fit. After the install, I am think it is just too wide for the rim. It holds air and there is no contact issues anywhere, but looking at the same tire I have on my africa twin, it almost looks as if this tire is not fully seated despite being a uniform height around the wheel.

Safety is my only concern.

The first picture is on my africa twin. You can see the line around the rim, which I though was a mark to show the bead has properly seated.

The second 2 pictures are the KZ. I cant see that same mark on the tire where the rubber meets the rim.

Putting that wide tire on that narrow rim will deform the profile of the tire. Not good. Ed

Thats what I thought was happening. I think Ill have the shop put on the 100/90-19 I had them order originally. This was just available and I was impatient since my k60 was backordered.
