No Need to replace the chain but Need more lubing on the missing o-ring links.

Its pretty worn and will need replacing soon. I'll just go back with a stock ratio and 630 chain. Didn't Z1 have a kit of both sprockets and chain in one package?
I don't see it now.

I don't think it would need replacement just because the o-rings are worn or gone. That just means you need to care for it like a standard chain (clean/lube often), and then replace it whenever the chain stretch is outside spec. On my KZ, that's when a 20-link section of chain has stretched from nominal 317.5mm (12.5 inches) to 323mm (12.72 inches). Personally, I hold a 12-inch ruler up, and if the chain has stretched enough that both chain pins at "0" and "12" can fit completely outside the ruler tick-marks, then I call it dead.

With missing rings, the rollers will be sliding from side to side, and that large gap will allow the entry of copious amounts of dirt and water. I suspect the wear rate is going to accelerate quite a bit. Keep an eye on it.

The chain and sprockets are worn. Have a new chain and sprockets sitting in my cart on the Z1 website. Just need to get them and put them on. So far I'm going back stock but tempted to go 530 and change the ratio a bit.

There are probably more choices in 530, and they will be lighter and stronger. Your decision may ultimately be determined by available sprockets.

If you go with a riveted master link (I prefer them), get a really good chain riveting tool. I have a DID tool. It is not cheap, but it does a fabulous job of punching out the old rivets and installing the new.
