I’m using old OEM pads, but was wondering some modern pads is better or?
1981 KZ650-D4, with 1981 z750L engine (Wiensco 810 big bore).

I have orginal and they are not wear out yet, I just looked for upgrade for my bike.

I know it's a bit off-subject, but the axle clamps shown in the pics are installed incorrectly (see 2nd image below). There should be zero gap at the forward end of those clamps. All the gap should be at the rear of the clamps. Here's a clip from the KZ manual. Ed

I guess the picture I got on summit racing is wrong, we have the same caliper/disc?
