Fork seal leaking was created by askrider
I fitted new seal on fork leg and ok for a few days then leaking again left hand leg they are Kawasaki seals not cheap ones forks not pitted or marked can any one help

Google fork sticktion, fork alignment. Dont force the fork legs to the hub.

Have you had the motorcycle very long & is this a new leak? Did you examine the fork tubes carefully? No pitting or anything?
Are you certain these are genuine Kawasaki fork seals? Kawasaki packaging? Some Kaw dealers sell aftermarket.
Next question, did they seem brand new or is it possible they were old ones that had been sitting on a shelf for years?

Have a look down the inside of the fork leg where the outside of the seal sits for vertical scratches/damage. It's not unknown for people to damage the inside of the leg when removing an old seal.
