I like the looks of spoked rims, but don't want to use inner tubes. A 450 Rebel I had a few years ago had tubeless spoked rims. Do any other bikes have this?

Most spoked wheels don't have bead retention ribs (your Rebel wheels had them, and I'm sure BMW wheels do also) to keep the beads from losing their seal in the case of low pressure.  I don't think it would be safe to run a tire without a tube on a rim that wasn't designed for it.  Manufacturers wouldn't have made tubeless rims with ribs if there wasn't a need for them.  All automotive wheels designed for tubeless tires also have them.

The BMW makes some spoked wheels that are designed to be tubeless. The Outex conversion seems to be pretty popular with the BMW folk who have the older design spoked wheels.
