Front Fender Size for 110/80-18 was created by sflesch94
Hi Guys, I have a KZ650 which I have aftermarket wheels and a 110/80-18 front tire. Is there another KZ model which front fender would fit on this width? I like the style of the KZ1000LTD front fender, but can't find the actual width. If anyone knows the width or something that would fit that tire that would be great! Thanks.

The CALFAB swingarm and Dymag wheels are sweet!
The 1978 KZ1000 Z1R had an 18 front wheel. There is a good chance the fender would bolt on, as the KZ650 has pretty much the same forks. But it has to be a 1978 fender, because the Z1R switched to a 19" front wheel in 1980.
It's possible some of the mid-80s GPz bikes also used an 18" front. I can't recall.
Another option is a fiberglass fender from Airtech. They have a pretty wide range of styles in 18".

But I'll mention that the OEM fenders include a stiff brace as part of the mounting bracket. You'd probably want to add a fork brace of some kind with a fiberglass fender.

The 1983/4 ELR (SBR) KZ1100-R1 also had a 18" front wheel...but I have never seen a front fender for this motorcycle for sale. Other early models with 18" front wheels were ZX750A and ZX1100A.

Thanks for the advice! Those Airtech fenders are a great find, the H2R4 looks like a great option! The limiting factor is also the tire width being 110mm, so nice that they show the actual fender widths.

I'm using one of these front fenders on my 650 with an 18" Z1R front wheel:
The edges/sides don't roll down much like stock fenders. More of a flat fender.
