How to adjust handle bars

I find the handle bars on my newly acquired ZL600 are about 2" too far forward for a comfortable long range ride. On other bikes, I could tilt the bars back a bit or replace them, but I can't see a way to adjust the bars or replace the bars on this bike. Any ideas on how to get the grips just a little closer to the rider?  

If you need 2" more pull back only a new upper triple with an adjutable bar clamiping and/or new steering bar with more pull back is the solution.
