need I.D. for this wheel

This is the wheel I'm putting on my bike for racing. I'm thinking it's from a 76-77 1000 since it had a disk brake on it. It has no bearings in it so I want to find out what it is before I go and look like an ass at the shop. Also, It has no cush drive and was wondering if my cush drive off of my ltd wheels I have on now will fit. I would hate to get it all apart and have to find parts.

If it is an 18" it could also be from a 76-79 KZ750 twin.

I'm needing to know so I can get new bearings for it. Any chance you know if the bearings are the same for both?

Yep they are the same bearings.

From the "Wheel Bearing List" in the Filebase:

6203-2RS is front wheel bearing.
6304-2RS is rear wheel bearing
6206-2RS is rear wheel hub bearing.
