Excellent Adventure #2 happened over the past weekend. I first stopped up in Michigan to see my buddy Mikaw and drop off some of his parts from Excellent Adventure #1
There was a 1977 KZ 1000 chassis and motor delivered to Matt.

Next was a stop in Cleveland to pick up a set of 1976 dated engine cases that I had bought about 4 months ago from Johnny's. My chevelle buddy Phil was nice enough to pick the cases up for me and store them until now. Here he is standing in front of his 1970 chevelle SS 396 with only 2200 miles on the odometer.

Next I had to go to Twinsburg Ohio to pick up a set of original 1975 rear shocks that were sitting in a box since 1976. Here is a picture of the bike they came off of owned by and gentleman named Rocco.
With minimal elbow grease using steel wool and some metal polish I quickly got these on my 1978 Kawey when I got home

Next I was off to Warren Ohio to pick up a fairly complete 1974 900 motor for my 1974 Z1 project.
The seller John was a very nice guy and convinced me to take everything else off his hands because he was moving back to Portugal soon. Here are a few pics of most of the items laid out on my floor at home.
