Well I was down in Florida last weekend and I picked up a 1977 KZ1000 project from Bohica Bob.
Bob is a great guy and is also very knowledgeable about these old Kawasakis!

On the way home I stopped by Moose1800's place in Indiana and picked up a 74 Z1 frame / forks and a lot of other great Z1 parts.
Here is a pic of Gregg's 1976 KZ900 LTD.

When Wheelhop left my place with a full truck load of old Kaw parts I said to myself......self, I think you just met Oink Johnson in the flesh  .

Will we be seeing Oink Johnson listing a boatload of parts on ebay? Just kidding Wheelhop, looking forward to seeing your progress as you go forward.

I’ve been helping source parts at reasonable prices, buying low, if he sell high I want a cut.

We won’t see that, he’s been bitten!!!

Naw the Z1 shark has ate him whole! I'm too old to start another project otherwise I would have kept all that stuff. If there's anything I can do to help him finish some of this stuff all he needs to do is let me know.

I know we have some very talented artists here. I’d love to see Moose’s “Z1 Shark” come to life and placed on the backs of the KZR shirts discussed in another post.
