new to kz's was created by shiner
just saying hello, while I've had 40-50 bikes over the years (mainly harleys), we just now have bought a couple of kz's. One is a '77 kz1000 with a 1075 kit and the other is my boys '81 kz1000 LTD. I'm sure we will be on here asking questions

Welcome to the KZR nation shiner. Great to hear that you share this obsession with your boys... good stuff!
Don't worry about the Harley history... no one has ever held it against me... I think.
I think you will find a lot of friendly, helpful and well informed members here just dying to help out.
Great bikes... lets have some photo's and best of success!
PS
You may want to add your model(s), year(s) and location to your signature so that the members can give you the best help and feedback possible. Its also considered real friendly.

I still like my harleys but I know we'll enjoy these kz's. The closest I've had was back in the day, a '73 Kaw 500. I'll put pics of our kz's on soon

Welcome from another western Ohio resident (not by choice, the AF sent me here!) If you guys want to ride when the weather breaks give me a shout. I hang out and ride with some guys from a Honda Sab/Mag group and a bunch of sportbike owners, so I am up for about anything. Enjoy the KZs and the folks you will meet on here.
