1978 Project 650 SR; 2 bikes and never enough time or $
Asheville, NC
1977 KZ650B was created by Austinroots
Hello everyone,
Started using Google as soon as I decided I wanted this bike and found this site, WOW. Lots of knowledge here, I'm sure gonna need it as this is my first bike. I love it so far:woohoo: I can't believe I waited this long to get one. Look forward to learning a lot since virtually no one around works on this type of bike around here.

Welcome new member. Kzr is an amazing resource. We have carb experts, electrical whizzes, performance experts, original and aftermarket parts suppliers, seasoned veterans, class clowns and sponges like me that suck up everything available on these old, legendary marques.
If you have questions just ask away and contribute if you can. Participation has helped make Kzrider a rider-friendly place to hang out.

1977 Kz 650 Custom, 810 motor with pretty much all of the performance goodies I can hide inside this factory-looking sleeper.

Will post a pic during the day with something other than my phone ( and I call myself a photographer). The mountains in the backround are off the Blue Ridge Parkway (my first real ride).
