It needs brakes and tires and some wiring done
What kind of wiring? If you're thinking of doing the coil mod and have other wiring that needs to be done, maybe it would be advantageous to (carefully) redo the entire harness. It's very straightforward if you take your time and can solve a lot of miscellaneous "oddities".
