hello from Houston was created by southside76
posted in the other forums before , just never noticed this one.
bought my first bike a few months ago, 77 kz650. i figured buying a bike that wasnt running would be good for my first bike ever as a way to learn about them. should have bought a helmet when i did this and wear it around the house to prevent me from smashing my head into the floor over and over
i will be bothering people in the electrical systems forum i think

southside76, Welcome to the KZR Nation.
Another '77 KZ650... good stuff. And yes, while getting a vintage bike back on the road you WILL learn a lot more than you ever expected about the bike... and about yourself.
Best of success.
PS
Remember to add your model, year and location to get the very best feedback... and it's considered very friendly too.
