looking for any old or new 78kz400 owners interested in talking kz400.like mine.have pics of restore but can't get home to post til end of month.worth wait,even tires are original,stillhave stubs on centre bead

Well I used to have a '79 kz400 Ltd and spent alot of time learning how to repair these old kz's on it. Give us a yell if you need help.

Sounds like you have a nice original bike. I just got done turning my 1st street bike i bought a couple years ago into a hard tail bobber. It is a 76 kz 400d, custom struts, solo seat, no fenders and so on. Cant wait to see pics of your bike and chat with ya. Peace, Jim

I would like to get one!
I've got a 750, and my concours, but would like a 400 for gas mileage and running out to the lakes on gravel roads.
I think a 400 would be good for that. One is for sale, I just have to scrape up the cash and go 300mi. round trip.
Hopefully it will happen.
