I bought it as my first bike. It ran OK and I was getting comfortable riding it, but I'm a do it yourselfer, so I decided to tune it up and in the process I used up the remaining starts on my starter clutch. I'm now awaiting parts and unable to ride.
On another note, the VIN on the frame indicated it was a KZ750G, which would imply 1980, but the the sticker also said 11/79. The motor VIN indicates that is is a B4 implying 1979. Anyone run into this before? Has a 1979 replacement motor been put on a 1980 frame? Anyone know a good source of parts many are now discontinued.
