i decided to re-do the nasty pure duct tape seat i was sporting picked up some dense and soft foam and some all weather vinyl at jo-ann fabrics and went at it like this!
scraped all the old nasty/hard and dried up foam away from the seat
layed on the dense foam underneath and the softer foam on top, duct tape to hold it in place
went with the stretch of the vinyl and fastened it in place with the tabs
and viola! you can see the new and old foam line but it sure looks nice for a first time!
