- 1984 GPz1100 & 1976 Z900
Still have a '76 Z900 ex-superbike in pieces and have just added an '84 GPz1100 to the shed.
I'm a qualified motorcycle mechanic who has spent over 20 years as a journalist and magazine editor.
Currently editor of Used & Classic Bike Enthusiast magazine as well as being deputy editor of Rapid Bikes and Knee Down magazines. Look us up on Facebook.
In between, I'm a crew chief on a pair of nitro Harleys and have hosted trivia nights every week for the last 11 years. Also managed to get halfway through an apprenticeship as an electrician before giving it away when I realised that no one wants apprentices over 40.
To prevent boredom, I also commentate at Sydney Dragway.
Air-cooled four-cylinder Z-series Kawasakis have been my passion since my cousin bought a Z1A.
Did I mention that I'm an Aussie?
Have fun,
Mick

Actually I'd like to see more about your Nitro HD adventures...myself anyway. Are you running 1/8 or 1/4 mile track on the GPz?

Hmmm, I'll see what I can do about posting PDFs. I'm currently riding a HD Blackline as my daily ride and I like it a lot.

Nitro and HD equals chess with explosives.
Only running 1/4-mile. Previous owner was apparently running 7.1 on 1/8th.

No. AHDRA is American only and I'm in Australia.
