KZ1100 Spectre in UK

Hi all,
I've just bought an '82 KZ1100 Spectre and would love to hear people's opinions on their experience with these bikes, and especially anyone who owns one in the UK as i've heard that there are only around 20 registered in England, it needs a little work to get it up and running but so far it seems a really solid bike.

I recently purchased a 1983 KZ1100 D2 Spectre. 15000 original miles in very good working and cosmetic order. Great bike!

just checked out your photos Rik, thats a good looking tidy bike you have there, much better condition than mine is in at the moment.
i now about to give it a thorough service and check over, everything is there and working but hasn't been on the road for a few years.
Only part missing is the right side battery cover/panel just cant seem to find one anywhere. been checking ebay most days but no luck
