Hey everyone new guy to the site and to these bikes. I have had plenty of bikes from a 06 gsxr 600 to a 01 HD Sportster.

Wanted to build a drag bike and just couldn't bring myself to ruin the handling of a modern sportbike for that purpose, couldn't afford something like a busa or zx14 so I started looking into older bikes as when I was younger my uncle had a pro stock gs1100. Well after looking I fell in love with the kz's and started looking for one.

I ran across this '77 with a good bit of work already done.. everything from air shift to stretched swingarm with a 190 shootout tire. Bike is fully street legal with all working lights and turn signals, functioning charging system etc..

Plans are to possibly remove the front fairing in favor of just a traditional style headlight, get the carb's lined out (will pull strong through some rpms and bog in others).. bike starts right up real easy even when cold. Over the winter I'd like to tear it down and do a 1327 build complete with worked over heads, cams, rs34's, possibly a little shot of go juice, we'll see.

Welcome in!

I saw that listed on Craig's List several weeks ago. It looked like it had some goodies on it for the price.

Keep us posted.
