new here from michigan with a couple z bikes

the first bike is a 77 kz650b with a build date of 11-76 and a vin of kz650b-500151 that i am currently in process of fixing up and will do a build thread later ( i have one started on kz650.info and i will past it all over here when i get the time)
and the other is a 75 k4 twin that i have thought about doing a bobber type on but time will tell. and i will be posting pics and the progress i have made allready later on.. and i have the feeling that the k4 will have plenty of info from here..

That is a VERY low vin on the KZ650; it is the 151st bike built at the US plant! Maybe made during the first day (certainly within the first week) of production at the US plant. You might consider restoring it rather than chopping it up. Ed

ed i am doing the resto on the 650, the 400 was the one i was considering chopping.. but being i sold my tiger i am looking to get something decent to ride hence the 650.

Take care of those exhaust pipes, if your not planing on using them on your builds they could help finance the projects, also the air boxes are hard to come by.
