I want to ride again!!!

It is sure good to see you here at KZR...you are a wealth of information and we are glad your here.
We started a little idea of group riding type thing and it turned into a relay ride with many members here ,so far apart....we have been riding one to another and handing off a flag ,getting some grub and then watching the ride go forth on our thread....check it out...there is a google map that folks have been updating with a way to put a internet thumbtack on a riders location etc...it is pretty cool

Craig, I got tons of pictures from back in the days of 1000cc Superbikes. I went to most of the AMA Road Race Nationals from 1978 to 1983. Would be happy to post some of them. I am computer illiterate. I just take photos of the pictures I have with a cheap digital camera. The photos are not as sharp and clear as the original pictures. I hope that is the way its done??

There is one picture from Road America of a Superbike start you posted. I shot the same photo but from the pitside or rightside of track. I got to dig that photo out. I used to shoot 10 or 12 rolls of film (remember film) at Daytona every year I was there!!!

that works great...for a while we had a cheap printer scanner and i could hook a generic usb cable to my pc/laptop from the printer/scanner and scan magazine articles...so for pics that would work to just arrange em on the copier glass like i did the magazine pages...i will find a link...I was given one/that vetter/Reggy tank after that bike was crashed... a drunken boss showed up at my house one night in 86 and gave me the tank...said he had it under a deck behind the kawi shop....that same tank......thanks for sharing the pics on this and the picture thread... i will find a link for for the vintage magazine and ads thread

I hope you still kept that crashed Mark II/Vetter tank. If you ever want to get rid of it, please let me know. I would be very interested in buying it from you. I kinda remember Pridmore having a nasty crash at Laguna back in 1979.

The first model of the GSXR750 was the first Suzuki I ever wanted to own!!! Had it since I took it out of its crate back in 1986. They are like the old KZ motors, you can beat the living daylights out of them,and they keep coming back for more!!!

and on top of it it's a race prepped LTD?!
