New build in MA was created by KZduc
Hello everyone! I've been creeping on this forum for awhile now and it has helped me a bunch. Thanks! I'm new to the KZs and learning more each day. I sold my superhawk in the spring to get some money together for a winter project. I found a 78' 1000 late in the summer that seemed like the perfect candidate. It is far from original and runs great(with a great price). The intention of this build is to have a unique, reliable, quick, reasonably well handling bike for as cheap as I can get it. My donor bike is a rolling 2001 Ducati Monster. Probably not the easiest route to go but it fits the category of unique and cheap. As it stands now, the KZ is stripped and the frame is welded to a table. I'm going to have lot of bits left over from the KZ. This bike looks like it has been "updated" a few times in it's 35yrs so I'm not really sure what original parts are on there.
Thanks again for the help everyone.

Let me know what kind of parts you have to get rid of. I picked up an old 78 1000 myself. It needs lotsa love. I knicknamed the bike Oscar. He's an ugly green and looks like i found him in a trash can. Welcome to Z jungle !!

A KZ and a Ducati? That'd definitely be worth the ride up to Laconia to show off
