Got my first KZ and it is a 78 400.. It is going to be a café project. I have been wanting to do one for a very long time, so it is very exciting. Not new to bikes, this is my 4th. I have 2 CBR's and an old Nighthawk. Always had a soft sport for the older Kaw's. I had a 1975 175 endure and my first pure street bike was a GPZ750.

Welcome aboard. Is the bike running. I would suggest you get the bike in good running order then do one thing at a time to obtain the goal of a café racer.
They are nice little bikes and a blast to ride.
