Id love to do so many things to this bike but it seems like its coolest in stock form since it has a new seat and fresh paint, and the rest of the bike is in such great shape. 11k miles which dosnt seem to bad fora 78!

The idle and pilot circuit in the carb's are dirty and or plugged.
Soaking does virtual nothing.
You must scrap crud out of tiny passage ways in the carb bodies.
Cleaning jets and brass is only half way there.
