My name is Tom and I am working on 75 Z1 project. I am more of a car guy. This is my first bike project. I have a friend who owns a motorcycle shop who was tired of me asking him questions so he offered me to bring it to his shop and give me a space to work on it. So it is easier for him to explain what to do. I have been doing the 90% of the work and he is helping me find parts and lending me his tools to make it happen. He cut his teeth on the KZs when he opened his shop 30 years ago. He has tons of knowledge. Things are getting out of hand with this build
. We are in the process of installing a supercharger and EFI. His shop is Clifford Cycles in Omaha Ne his name is KZ Jim. I am looking forward in sharing the project and plan on starting a build thread. I have been lurking for awhile. I figured I may as well get signed up. Been digging all the knowledge on this site.
