Hi everbody, this is my first time here. Just got my second LTD last night, 1983 1100 in blue. The guy had the start kill switch break down on him and got a different replacement which seems to be one wire short (a black one comes from the headlight cause the plugin isnt the same). So the thing wont start til i figure this out. I have the red, yellow and a black from the new switch and yellow, red and two blacks from headlight. I cant hardly wait to get going again!! My last Kawi was a 1984 700 LTD which I put an overpunched set of 750 jugs and sweetly ported head on with everything dialed in that thing munch the new ninjas back then. OK enough for now, I will post pics when I get this thing cleaned up and road ready, thanks for having me in the gang! Mike

My kill switch was shot so I bypassed under the tank. Ran like that until 13.

Thanks guys. I found the right wires to put in the bypass today and got to turn the engine over. Next a minor fuel line fix and hope to ride in a day or three
