It's not what you ride, it's that you ride

So I just picked up my kz440 today from a bloke off gumtree. Body needs some sprucing up and the seat has a rip in it but the engine is bulletproof! Who can tell me how I identify if my bike is the a4 or d5 model?
Cheers.
Cheers.

Just an FYI. the belt drive can be converted to a chain drive, & I believe it's a fairly straightforward swap.
And I guess it's possible for someone to have done it the other way, so you never know sometimes. I would try to verify the numbers.
