Hello! was created by citizendeck
Hey everyone! I've been checking out this forum every so often for quite some time and finally decided to become a member. I might be picking up a little kz250 soon and will be looking for some guidance as it's advertised as needing a new top end. Anyone have some good reading material on kz top end rebuilds they can point me to?
For some background info, I have a cx500 that I've done some work on - replacing and upgrading parts and whatnot - but I've never rebuilt a top end. Any help or advice is welcome!
Thanks! Looking forward to some more good forum reading in the future!

Hi citizen - welcome aboard!
There is an awful lot of information available in the forum. Discussions on pistons, rings, valves, gaskets, etc. can be useful no matter the model. Enjoy!

Besides the KZ, the CX500 is also a bike I love. I had a '79 and miss it every day.
Welcome!
