1983 kz1100 new owner questions

New owner of a 1983 kz1100. By this picture can anyone tell me the exact model? (Is it a A1 or an A2 or one of the 10 other models they had at the time). The previous ownwr wasnt sure and i need to know for specifications and whatnot.

It's an A3 assuming it's a 1983 model year bike. Realize that model year production started sometime after midyear in 1982 and ran a year into 1983.
