Greetings from the Sunshine State was created by Evil Twin KZP
Hello to all,
Brand new to the site, but have been riding for a long time. I live in Central Florida and am retired from government service. I've owned a number of Kawasaki's along the way and currently own a 1994 KZ1000P that has had a lot of additions to it. When I get better with the workings of the site, I'll be posting pictures. I really enjoy riding the KZP. With that tight front rake and comfortable solo seat, it is really a well-balanced ride.
About a month ago, I was surfing the internet and landed on pics of the "Kiwi KZP." This gent lives in New Zealand ( I think?) and I was captivated by his blacked-out conversion. A very sharp job and an inspiration for my next project. Sitting with a friend one night and (over a good scotch and cigar), he said "Why don't you consider doing a blacked-out Evil Twin yourself? Thus, the idea for my posting name. And ever since then, can't seem to get my mind off of this future project. But somehow, one day, hopefully, (maybe even a necessary wish and prayer), mine will include an old and complete Mr Turbo Kit.
Anyways, this is just a meet and greet for today. I look forward to getting to know a lot of you on this board.
Ride safe out there.

Welcome. My own KZP project has been languishing for a few years but I hope to get back on it soon. You are right, they are really fun to ride.

I have a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 Ltd. I bought new. I recently managed to get it out of my garage after 28 years and put it on the road again (2010). I feel like a kid all over again. Since I have acquired 3 78 KZ1000 Ltd, 1 1981 KZ1000 Ltd, and another 1980 KZ750 Ltd. Love the LTD's.
