2023 Michigan KZ Rider Get Together. Better Than Ever!!!

What a great time we all had !!!!
Brad, Jim , Matt, Dave,Dave, and Dave  LOL  Mike too
We had a good time on the phone talking to Wookie and KZQ from afar.
Lots of fun and  the combined knowledge carried us thru all the questions.
Forks are done  ( two sets actually ) and the new front end on Jim's 74 Z 1 tribute bike completed.
Motor was like beating our heads against the wall with small issues which were overcome.
Lower end is done so cases are back together..Will work on it till Jim and the crew return 
All in All a great Zukey fest weekend

Wheelhop is a very lucky guy to have such a great group of friends to help him with his projects, looks like a great time!!!

We had a great time once again.
We also had some setbacks.....
For those who didn't see it go down.........I got hooked up with a piece of unicorn horn!
The original carb to Daves turbo bike has been through the galaxies and found a home here in Britton Michigan.................
Soon to be used.. on my trike.

also got another A/C Delco 3/8  digital torque wrench, on its way here tomorrow for the next showdown! 
No more switching        ft/lbs           and        in/lbs     fellas.

Uncle Dave (new guy) - thanks for stopping by with one of your Kawasakis and hanging out with us "old" guys!
 

Thanks also to Street Fighter for the opportunity to get together again. Your a great host. Everyone was willing to help and showed the camaraderie of this group. I look forward to these get togethers. I learn something every time. Still waiting on the guided boat tour!

Next time up we need to go for a motorcycle ride followed up by a pontoon boat ride!

How is Italy Wookie ?   Have a great Holiday with the family.
Personally  this week in Europe I might favor a visit to the 24  at Lemans

Italy is awesome. After a 15 hour drive yesterday from the UK through France, Belgium,Germany and Switzerland we landed around 23:00. This was the view from the hotel balcony this morning across Lake Maggorie. The "Mille Miglia" starts on Tues   (passed within an hour of Callum yesterday but no time to catch up
