Restored carbs: 900/1000 & 750/4 was created by Nessism
Both sets got the fully monty treatment; bead blasting, replating of steel parts, new O-rings/gaskets, float valves, everything.

I'm trying to avoid ebay and paypal fees, the price reflects a discount to that end.

I've rebuilt a goodly number of these type carbs and I know the ins & outs.

The VM26's are set up for pods with 17.5/117.5 jetting.  I can jet down to 15/102.5 if you prefer that.
The CV34's are dead stock.  I didn't take inventory of the jets because I know they are stock and set up for the stock airbox.

VM26's are priced at $550 + shipping
CV34's are 500 + shipping
Payment via paypal gift (if possible).  I've got tons of feedback, 100%, and I don't rip people off.

I've got them on craigslist and might also list on facebook marketplace.  I'd rather sell them here but I realize that not everybody wants a set like these.

Thanks for looking.

All the long term members know Ness, but for the newer members I’ll vouch for him. Not only is he trustworthy but very talented, the carb restoration he dose is top notch.

Looks like a great price for a nicely restored set of carbs!
The cores are going for $300.

Would you do it as a service too? Like if I sent you a set of carbs to clean up and rebuild and jet?

(mod) Bill was super cool to me and offered to make me a vendor, so I could offer carb rebuild services to others.  I hesitated, though, because I don't want to be beholden to anyone.
Rebuilding carbs is a hobby for me, not a business.  You are free to PM me to discuss, though.

Some guy from Australia wants to buy my VM's but is balking at the shipping cost.  USPS shows $160.  I apologized, but said I don't know any cheaper way.  Both FedEx and DHL are far more.  This conversation is taking place on eBay, which is frustrating because of their message system is not user-friendly.  I've provided him my email address and asked him to find me here, but he apparently doesn't want to communicate outside of ebay.  If he would, I'd give him a discount at least equal to the ebay fees..  Anyway, is there any cheaper way to ship these carbs to Australia?  He claims that he recently purchased a set and shipping was $60, via USPS First Rate.  I reviewed the rules and First Rate only applies to packages less than 4 lbs, so I don't understand how that's possible.

$160 is too expencive!

Germany to Australia via DHL standard package 2 kg = 16 Euro
Germany to Australia via DHL Premium 5 kg, Insurance up to €500, faster air mail and tracking = 68 Euro

Finally.  Sold the VM's.  Ebay shipping to Australia turned out to be $128 using the ebay app.  They get a discount, it seems.  Still, not cheap, though.
